Static Primer
PPC Static Primer is a two-component, water-based conductive epoxy primer engineered to create an effective low-resistance ground plane for electrostatic conductive flooring systems. Designed to work in conjunction with compatible topcoats such as PPC Static E300 NT, it prevents the buildup of electrostatic charges on personnel through effective equipotential grounding. The system meets ANSI S20.20–2014 requirements when used with ESD-compliant footwear, and also complies with DOD, MIL, and NFPA standards. It additionally seals the surface, improves topcoat adhesion, reduces pinholes, and enhances the overall durability and electrical performance of the flooring system.
