PPC Hybrid Polyurethane Polyurea 421 is a two-component, fast-gelling, rapid-curing polyurea/urethane waterproof membrane engineered for heavy-duty wearing surface applications. With 95% solids and virtually no odor, it can be applied at 250+ mils in a single pass — eliminating the need for multiple coats. Its relative insensitivity to moisture and temperature makes it suitable for applications as low as 20°F, across both interior and exterior concrete, plywood, metal, and asphalt surfaces. When used with Premera FP1 Fusion Primer, minimal surface preparation is required with no shotblasting, grinding, or scarifying needed.
